Running Acubiz One on a full computer lets you manage expense reports and time logs alongside your other work: no more switching between apps on a phone screen. Acubiz One is a business app designed to streamline how employees submit expenses and how approvers review them. Entering receipts, recording hours, and handling mileage and allowance claims works faster on a desktop where you have a real keyboard and can keep multiple windows open at once.
Acubiz One centralizes employee expenses, time tracking, and approval workflows in a single interface. On a PC, you gain sustained access to your account without re-entering favorites or recreating shortcuts each session: a key advantage for regular users who process batches of transactions.
How Expenses Move Through the System
The core workflow follows a sequence from entry to approval. Here's how a typical transaction unfolds:
- Employee records a cash or credit card expense with date and amount
- Receipt image or document is attached to the transaction for documentation
- Employee submits the expense for approver review
- Approver views single transactions or full expense reports and approves or requests changes
- Approved expenses transfer automatically to accounting and salary systems
Building Your Expense Records
Acubiz One lets you log multiple expense types without starting from scratch each time. You can record mileage either automatically or by manual entry, add traveling allowance, and log hours worked or absences. The interface supports shortcuts to your most-used transaction types, speeding up data entry during a typical work session. On Windows or a desktop system, having persistent login means you stay in the app across your workday without repeated authentication.
Approver Controls and Reporting
Users with approval authority see unprocessed transactions and unsettled expenses at a glance. A chart breaks down pending costs, and full transaction history shows every submitted claim. Individual transactions or complete expense reports can be approved in bulk, reducing the time spent on administrative review. Desktop installation of Acubiz One for computer-based work allows approvers to manage these views without mobile constraints.
Customizing the Interface
The app user interface adapts to your workflow. You can rearrange transaction types, set up favorites for frequent expense categories, and tailor shortcuts to match how your team works. On PC, these customizations persist to your device login, supporting consistent layouts across sessions: unlike mobile reinstalls that lose saved preferences.
