Need to access your organisation's internal applications and network from your desktop without leaving your desk? CudaLaunch brings secure remote access to Windows and Mac, letting you connect to published apps, launch Remote Desktop sessions, and establish VPN connections all from one unified interface. The application works through a Barracuda CloudGen Firewall connection, ensuring your organisation's data stays protected while you work remotely from your computer.
CudaLaunch reshapes how you interact with your organisation's resources on a full-sized screen. Running the application on a PC consolidates access points: no more switching between devices to reach internal tools. A keyboard and mouse make navigating between favourites and applications faster than on mobile, and a persistent desktop session means you stay signed in across your workday.
Core Remote Access Functions
CudaLaunch for Windows PC and Mac provides several pathways to your organisation's infrastructure:
- Access published internal applications through the Apps view with a single click
- Add and remove favourites to keep frequently used resources at the top level
- Automatically launch and connect Remote Desktop sessions to corporate machines
- Establish VPN connections to your organisation's network using TINA VPN
- Launch SSL Tunnels so device apps can securely communicate back to your organisation
- Edit personal account details and manage connection preferences directly
VPN and Tunnel Connectivity
When you install CudaLaunch on PC, you gain support for route your entire device traffic through a VPN tunnel or set up selective SSL tunnels for specific applications. This means Android apps installed on your computer can access your organisation's network as if they were on-site, all while encryption protects the connection. System administrators can also enable or disable Dynamic Firewall Rules directly through the application.
Getting Started with Demo and Integration
Before connecting to your organisation's live environment, CudaLaunch PC version includes an integrated demo mode. Try out the interface, test remote access workflows, and verify functionality matches your needs. Once ready, the application connects securely to your organisation's Barracuda CloudGen Firewall (version 6.1.1 or higher with Premium Remote Access subscription), and you can move directly into production use.
