Do you manage building alarms from a mobile device and wish you could see everything on a desktop display while working at your desk? Desigo CC brings the full alarm and object management capabilities of Siemens' building management platform on your computer. Access alarms, filter them by category or status, acknowledge and reset issues, and command building objects: all with the security privileges and PIN protection your facility requires.
Desigo CC on PC alters how you interact with your building's integrated systems. The desktop version preserves every core feature of the mobile app while giving you a full keyboard, mouse control, and letting users keep it running alongside other work windows. Whether you're monitoring a facility from a single workstation or managing multiple alarms during an active incident, Desigo CC for Windows PC lets you work faster and see more context at once.
Alarm Management and Filtering
The heart of Desigo CC is its alarm interface. You can view all alarms your security privileges allow, then narrow them down by category, discipline, status, and time range. Once you've located an alarm, you have full command options: acknowledge it, reset it, silence notifications, or un-silence them. This filtering and control system works exactly the same on PC, but a desktop setup giving you the ability to leave your alarm list visible while handling email, documentation, or other applications in adjacent windows.
Notifications and Object Monitoring
Desigo CC delivers push notifications filtered by alarm category, so you stay informed about critical issues without being overwhelmed. Beyond alarms, you can access views that display the current status of any configured building objects under your security profile, and command them directly from the app. On a PC, these notifications integrate with your desktop environment, and you can refer back to previous status readings in your work history without losing your place in other tasks.
Security and Communication Features
Your Desigo CC account supports PIN code protection to restrict access on shared machines, and all communication with your building management platform runs over HTTPS. When you need to escalate, the app lets you share alarm information via SMS or email directly from your desktop. This combination of security layers and communication tools makes PC-based Desigo CC installation practical for control rooms, facilities offices, and remote oversight roles that demand both speed and accountability.
