You're sitting at your desk managing a team schedule when a crew member calls about a time conflict: you need to pull up their hours and cross-check the job site calendar without reaching for your phone. eHub on a desktop computer lets you handle workforce details with a real keyboard and a larger view, keeping timekeeping records, job tickets, and pay information accessible in one browser window alongside your other work. For building service and security supervisors, this shift from mobile-only access to full desktop use transforms how quickly you can respond to scheduling changes, review compliance data, and monitor team attendance across multiple jobs.
eHub brings employee and customer self-service tools to your desktop, making it practical to manage the daily demands of workforce coordination without constant phone juggling. On a PC, the app stays eHub open while handling email, spreadsheets, or other management software, switching between windows to cross-reference invoices, job budgets, and timekeeping data in real time. The desktop experience is built around the same features mobile users access, but with the benefit of a keyboard for faster data entry and screen real estate that shows more information at once.
Core Workforce Management on Desktop
The heart of eHub centers on keeping track of your team's time and tasks. From your PC, you can view and modify schedules, monitor job assignments, access work tickets, and review timekeeping records as they accumulate through the day. Many users report that the app's timekeeping functionality performs reliably, with payday accuracy and vacation or sick-hour tracking that stays current. For supervisors managing multiple crew members or job sites, the option to sit at a desk and pull up real-time attendance information (rather than squinting at a phone) streamlines oversight and reduces the back-and-forth needed to confirm who is clocked in where.
How a Typical Workday Flow Unfolds
Using eHub on PC typically follows this rhythm:
- Log in to eHub at the start of your shift or workday to see your current schedule and any open job assignments.
- Review work tickets, time entries, and any pending requests from your team or customers that arrived overnight or earlier in the day.
- Update schedules, approve timekeeping data, or reassign crew members to cover gaps: actions that are faster on a desktop keyboard.
- Monitor job budgets, profitability, and billing information tied to active sites, adjusting allocations as needed.
- Access compliance details, inspection records, or survey responses, signing off on completed work as the day progresses.
- Check your own pay stubs and benefits balances at day's end or during routine administrative moments.
Job Site and Customer Visibility
Beyond internal team management, eHub for computer use includes visibility into customer-side details. Supervisors can view job site information, billing records, scheduled work, and customer requests in one system. This unified access letting you match invoices to completed work, track which jobs are running under or over budget, and see upcoming customer communication or service requests without switching between apps. For contractors juggling multiple clients, having this information on a larger screen reduces errors and makes billing reviews more thorough.
Staying Signed In and Accessible
Desktop use offers the stability of a persistent session. Unlike a mobile device you carry from site to site, a work computer sitting on your desk can remain logged into eHub throughout your shift, giving you uninterrupted access to schedules, pay information, and job details. You can reference a crew member's hours, pull up a work ticket, or verify a customer's billing status without the friction of re-entering credentials or waiting for the app to refresh on a smaller screen. This continuous access is particularly valuable for supervisors who field multiple questions or need to make quick decisions without losing their place in the workflow.
Pay Stubs and Personal Records
eHub on PC lets you manage your own employee records (viewing pay stubs, W-2s, and benefit balances) with the clarity that comes from a full-sized display. Users consistently praise the app's ability to keep pay and schedule information organized and current. When you need to review your hourly balances, update contact details, or confirm hours before payday, having eHub open on your computer means less squinting and faster confirmation. A few users have experienced occasional glitches where paychecks don't display until the app is closed and reopened, but timekeeping accuracy overall is well regarded among the user base.

FAQ
Can I use eHub on a Windows PC or Mac?
eHub is accessed through a web browser on your computer, letting you use it on Windows, Mac, or any desktop operating system that supports a modern browser. You'll need your login credentials provided by your employer or eHub contractor to access the platform.
Will eHub stay logged in while I'm working?
Desktop use allows for longer persistent sessions compared to mobile, letting you remain logged in throughout your workday. However, some users have experienced unexpected logouts; if this happens, you'll need to log back in with your credentials.
What should I do if I can't reset my password or get stuck on a loading screen?
If password reset or login attempts hang, try clearing your browser cache, using a different browser, or contacting your employer's eHub administrator. Technical issues with login sometimes require support from your organization's IT team or the eHub support process your company has in place.
Does eHub notify me about schedule changes?
Currently, the app does not send notifications for schedule adjustments or other updates. You'll need to log in manually to check for changes to your schedule or any new work requests or communications from your employer.
Why might my location data not work for clocking in?
Some users have reported issues with the app acquiring location data needed to clock in or out from a job site. If you're using eHub for Windows PC rather than a mobile device, location-based clock-in features may not be available: your desktop browser cannot access GPS in the same way. For site-based timekeeping, you may still need to use the mobile app from the job location.
