No. The app only supports Smart Cell, NCell, Nepal Telecom, and United Telecom. If your carrier is not on this list, you cannot use Hello Paisa.
Why does Hello Paisa charge money even when a transaction fails?
Each SMS command sent to the Hello Paisa system costs rupees, regardless of whether the operation succeeds. The carrier applies the charge when the message is sent, before the payment system processes your request.
Can I see more than three past transactions?
The current mini statement feature displays only your last three wallet transactions. Users have requested expanded transaction history, but this is not yet available in the app.
What should I do if I need to change my registered mobile number?
You must adjust your linked number in the app's settings. Hello Paisa does not offer a direct number-change tool; contact the app support or your carrier if you encounter runtime errors or login conflicts after switching numbers.
