InBody provides a dedicated space on your computer to track body composition, activity, and sleep data collected from InBody tests and wearable devices. Running the app on PC keeps your health dashboard accessible during work sessions, alongside email and browser windows, without switching between your phone and desktop. The larger display makes it easier to read detailed reports, compare your progress over weeks, and spot trends in muscle, fat, and hydration levels that matter for long-term fitness decisions.
InBody on PC reshapes how you monitor your physical health between tests. Whether you've taken an InBody scan at a facility or connected the InBody Dial at home, the desktop version lets you stay engaged with your data without the friction of mobile browsing. The reports and graphs are more readable on a bigger screen, and keyboard navigation makes data review faster during a work break or planning session.
Core Tracking and Body Composition Review
InBody pulls together results from body-composition tests, showing you detailed breakdowns of muscle, fat, and water distribution. The app displays these results as graphs and interpretations which means you can understand what the numbers mean for your health. On a computer, the app stays this information visible while referencing other fitness notes or meal-tracking tools in separate windows.
How Your Activity and Sleep Fit Into Daily Progress
- Log your daily activities to record calories burned and track movement throughout the day.
- Connect compatible wearables such as InLab or InBodyBAND to pull step counts and active minutes automatically.
- View sleep data synced from InBodyBAND to understand rest patterns alongside your activity levels.
- Access the Report feature to compare consumed and spent calories over 1-month windows.
- Use the Ranking feature to see how your InBody Score and 7-day step count stack up against your contacts.
Interpreting Detailed Metrics on a Larger Display
The app includes complex data analysis tools that benefit from desktop real estate. You can examine your body composition trends, compare current results to previous tests, and review multiple health parameters without cramping into a phone screen. This works well if you enjoy fitness titles that blend visual progress tracking with numerical depth, letting you spot patterns that justify or adjust your routine.
Home Dashboard and Quick Summaries
The main dashboard consolidates your InBody Test results, activity record, and food logging into one view. On PC, this summary stays open as you navigate other health or wellness apps, keeping your key metrics in sight without constant app switching. InBody for Windows PC makes it simple to stay aware of where you stand day to day and month to month.

No. You can review results from InBody tests taken at facilities or with the InBody Dial at home. Wearables like InBodyBAND or InLab add automatic step and sleep tracking, but they are optional.

InBody is free to download, but certain features and wearable device connections may require a subscription or separate purchase of hardware.
Are there any registration restrictions?
