Real-time stock alerts arrive directly on your desktop in the background. Loyverse Dashboard syncs inventory notifications to your PC so you catch low-stock and out-of-stock items without reaching for your phone. Beyond alerts, the app displays your store's sales summary, revenue trends, and category performance on a larger screen, making it easier to spot patterns and make quick decisions from your desk. Complementing the Loyverse POS system, Loyverse Dashboard puts critical business data at your fingertips instantly, if you're managing from the shop floor or a back office.
Running Loyverse Dashboard on your computer changes how you monitor your retail operation. The app brings your store's vital metrics into one view, accessible whenever you need to check in without stepping away from your desk. On a full screen, numbers and trends become easier to read, and you can leave the dashboard open alongside email, messaging, or accounting software in the background.
Sales and Revenue at a Glance
Loyverse Dashboard displays your revenue, average sale value, and profit directly from your smartphone synced to your PC. You can track sales trends by comparing performance across different days, weeks, months, or years, watching how your store grows or declines over time. This bird's-eye view of your business helps you spot seasonal patterns and react to shifts in demand before they become problems.
Understanding Item and Category Performance
The app breaks down which individual items are performing well, averaging steady sales, or underperforming, so you know exactly which products drive profit. You also see which categories sell the strongest, letting you decide where to focus your buying and merchandising effort. When you run Loyverse Dashboard for Windows PC, these analytics stay visible and ready for comparison: useful when you're planning inventory orders or discussing strategy with your team at the same desk.
Inventory Tracking and Alerts
Stock levels are displayed in real time, and you can apply filters to identify items running low or completely out of stock. More importantly, Loyverse Dashboard sends push notifications the moment inventory dips below your threshold, so you never miss a restock opportunity. Keeping the app open on your desktop means alerts pop up instantly without you having to check your phone repeatedly.
Employee Accountability Through Sales Data
Track individual employee performance by reviewing each staff member's sales contribution within the dashboard. This feature helps you identify top performers, spot training opportunities, and manage compensation or incentives fairly based on actual figures rather than impression.
Staying Connected to Your POS System
Loyverse Dashboard works alongside the Loyverse POS app, pulling live data so nothing falls out of sync. When you install Loyverse Dashboard on PC, you maintain one continuous view of both point-of-sale transactions and inventory movement: essential when your POS terminal is in the shop but your management computer is elsewhere. This integration keeps your entire retail operation visible and coordinated from a single location.

Will I receive stock notifications on my desktop?
Yes. Loyverse Dashboard sends push notifications when items fall below your stock threshold or run out, and these alerts will display on your PC if the app is running there.
What sales timeframes can I compare in the dashboard?
You can compare sales trends across days, weeks, months, and years, letting you evaluate performance over multiple time spans and spot patterns in customer behavior.
Does Loyverse Dashboard show me data broken down by payment type?
The app does not currently separate cash and card payments. Users have requested this feature to track different payment methods independently.
Can I view detailed item information if product names are long?
Some users report difficulty viewing full item names and descriptions within the dashboard interface, so you may need to check your POS system directly for complete product details.
What should I do if reports between the dashboard and back office don't match?
Inconsistencies between the dashboard and back office have been reported by users, especially with date-range filtering. Contact Loyverse support to troubleshoot data mismatches and ensure accurate reporting.
