MirrorOp Presenter turns your phone into a wireless presentation remote and content hub, letting you beam documents, photos, browser pages, and live camera feeds to a receiver device. On a PC, the app sits as a compact tool alongside your work: send materials to a projector or secondary screen without fumbling between devices, annotate slides on the fly with built-in drawing tools, and keep your presenter notes visible only to you while the audience sees your content.

MirrorOp Presenter functions as a wireless Android display tool for sending phone content to compatible receiver hardware. Running it on a PC expands your presentation toolkit by centralizing control in one place: you can organize multiple content types, switch between them smoothly, and add real-time annotations without breaking your flow. The app pairs with wePresent or ClickShare receiver devices, and also supports other MirrorOp receivers when activated.

What You Can Present

MirrorOp Presenter handles a broad range of content formats. The app displays Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint files, and PDFs: all standard presentation materials. It also opens photos in JPG and PNG formats, letting you embed images directly into your session. A built-in browser which lets you pull up web pages mid-presentation without switching apps. The live camera feature transforms your phone camera into a document scanner or real-object visualizer, useful for sharing printed handouts or physical examples that aren't already digital. This combination makes the app flexible enough for classroom instruction, boardroom meetings, and informal sharing.

Annotation and Control Tools

The annotation suite lets you mark up any content as you present. You can highlight sections, circle details, or write and draw freehand notes directly on slides or documents: useful when ideas surface during a talk and you want to capture them without pausing. These markings stay on your screen only; the receiver displays your base content plus your annotations in real time. Screen mirroring extends the tool's scope by letting you cast your entire phone or desktop display, not just individual files.

Connectivity and Receiver Requirements

The app requires a compatible receiver device to function. It works free with wePresent WiPG or WiCS hardware and ClickShare conference or meeting room systems. For other MirrorOp receivers, a time limit applies unless you purchase an activation key through in-app purchase. To get started, install your receiver, connect to it over the same network, and launch MirrorOp Presenter: the app detects and pairs with active devices. Wireless PC control is available when both your computer and receiver share network connectivity, eliminating the need for cables or manual device swapping during presentations.

Setting Up on Your Computer

  • Download MirrorOp Presenter from your device's app store
  • Ensure your receiver device is powered on and on the same WiFi network
  • Open the app and locate your receiver in the device list
  • Tap to connect; the receiver acknowledges the pairing
  • Select your content type and begin presenting or mirroring
  • Purchase an activation key in Preferences if using a non-standard receiver

FAQ

Do I need to buy an activation key to use MirrorOp Presenter?

MirrorOp Presenter is free with wePresent and ClickShare receiver devices. If you use other MirrorOp receivers, the app allows five minutes of free projection before stopping. Beyond that limit, you can purchase an activation key through the in-app purchase option in the Preferences page to unlock full functionality.

What receiver devices does MirrorOp Presenter support?

The app works with wePresent WiPG-1000, WiPG-1600, WiPG-1600W, WiPG-2000, and WiCS-2100 devices at no cost. It also supports ClickShare for Conference Rooms (CSC) and ClickShare for Meeting Rooms (CSM) systems. Other MirrorOp receivers are compatible when activated with a paid key.

Can I use MirrorOp Presenter without a dedicated receiver?

The app aims to pair with compatible receiver hardware. Without a receiver device on your network, MirrorOp Presenter cannot establish a connection or begin casting content.

How does the live camera feature work?

The live camera turns your phone's camera into a real-time feed you can broadcast. This lets you share physical documents, printed materials, or three-dimensional objects by pointing your phone's camera at them, with the image mirrored to your receiver and audience display.

Can I annotate while presenting?

Yes. The annotation tools let you highlight, circle, write, and draw on your content during a presentation. Your markings appear on the receiver display and audience screen, but you can manage them only from your phone or sending device.
