MyRide is a motorcycle ride-tracking app that captures telemetry data (leaning angle, speed, acceleration, brake power, and elevation) from your rides and stores them under your account. Running it on PC lets you review recorded trips, manage your bike inventory, and organize photos from rides without switching between your phone and desktop. You'll keep your login active on one machine, making it simple to pull up past sessions and plan future routes while sitting at your computer.

MyRide for Windows PC turns your desktop into a hub for reviewing and organizing your motorcycle journeys. The app syncs your account across devices, so rides you record on your bike are available when you open MyRide on computer. From there, you can browse telemetry, curate photo galleries, and manage details about every bike you own or have tested: all without the constraints of a phone screen or the need to fumble between apps.

How Ride Tracking Works

MyRide captures performance data during each journey. The following steps outline a typical session:

  1. Start a new ride session in the app before heading out
  2. The app records leaning angle, speed, acceleration, and braking force throughout your ride
  3. Elevation data is collected as you climb and descend
  4. After finishing, press the save button to log the ride to your account
  5. Add photos you've taken during or after the ride to build a visual journey
  6. Share your experience on social media or keep it private in your archive

Organizing Your Bike Collection

MyRide lets you maintain a personal library of motorcycles you own, have owned, or tested. On PC, you can easily update and review this list with a real keyboard and a full-size screen, making it practical to note specifications, test dates, or riding impressions for each bike. A centralized inventory sitting on your desktop keeps your motorcycle history organized and accessible anytime. Within the ride-sharing space, tracking your own journeys gives you the personal data edge that services focused on safe ride booking and affordable ride pricing cannot provide: your telemetry belongs to you.

Desktop-Based Ride Review

Once a ride syncs to your account, you can open MyRide on your computer to examine the recorded data in depth. Reviewing leaning angles, speed traces, and acceleration patterns on a desktop screen helps you spot riding patterns and track progress over time. Desktop access giving you the ability to leave the app running alongside other windows (notes, videos, or riding forums) while you analyze your sessions without constantly reaching for your phone.

Photo Organization and Sharing

MyRide for computer provides a dedicated space to browse, arrange, and share the photos you've tagged during rides. Building a mini journey of your best moments becomes easier when you can see thumbnails clearly and draft social media posts at your keyboard. Desktop sharing workflows let you upload multiple images and write detailed captions without the friction of mobile editing.

FAQ

Can I use MyRide on Windows 10 and Windows 11?

Yes. MyRide for PC works on both Windows 10 and Windows 11 machines via emulation. You'll need a Google account to sign in and sync your motorcycle data across devices.

Do my recorded rides stay in the app after I save them?

Rides are stored under your account after saving. If you experience issues where a saved ride doesn't appear immediately, allow time for the app to finish uploading data in the background. Some users have found rides reappear once upload completes, even if no new app version is released.

Will MyRide work on a rooted or modified Android device?

MyRide has restrictions on certain device configurations and will not run on rooted systems. The app also requires device integrity verification, which can be incompatible with some custom Android builds.

What happens if I forget my MyRide password?

Use the password reset option during login. If you encounter account lock-out after multiple reset attempts, contact Yamaha support. Some users have reported difficulty reaching support, so allow time for a response.

Can I view my ride data if I switch phones or computers?

Your ride history and bike inventory are stored under your account, giving you the ability to access them on any device after logging in. However, connection stability can vary: some users report needing to reconnect when switching sessions.

What bike and telematics data does MyRide capture?

The app records leaning angle, speed, acceleration, brake power, and elevation during rides. You can also maintain a personal list of bike makes and models you own, owned, or tested.
