Limitations in the Current Version

The search and filtering functions have limitations: some reports indicate the advanced search does not work as expected, and the display omits details like days on market and lot size. The app also requires numerous permissions that exceed what many users expect from a real estate tool, and it cannot operate independently; you'll need a backup MLS resource for comprehensive property data.
