ORG 2020 gives you access to 18+ realistic Oriental instruments (from qanun and oud to violin and clarinet) each with touch-sensitive keys that respond to your playing pressure. On a computer, you gain the space to layer sounds, adjust reverb and equalization in real time, and record full arrangements without cramping your hands across a mobile screen.
Portable ORG: Oriental Keyboard transforms your PC into a music production station where you can play, record, and mix Oriental and Western instruments with professional-grade controls. The desktop environment lets you work with longer recording sessions, adjust audio settings with precision, and accompany tracks from your device library while monitoring playback and microphone input simultaneously.
A Full Instrument Library at Your Fingertips
ORG 2020 includes a diverse set of instruments ready to play:
- Traditional Oriental instruments: qanun, qanun trm, oud, tanbur, ney, mey, cura, balaban, rabab, and santur
- Western strings and woodwinds: violin, clarinet, saxophone, and orchestra violin group
- Keyboard and plucked instruments: piano, guitar, electric guitar, cumbus, and harmonium with keys
- Rhythm accompaniment while you perform any instrument
- Touch-sensitive keys that scale volume with playing pressure
- 29 predefined scales plus custom scale editing for maqam tuning
Recording and Mixing on Your Desktop
At a computer, ORG 2020 lets you capture full arrangements in one session. Record multiple instruments, layer rhythms, and mix your microphone input alongside playback from your device library. A 3-band equalizer handles bass, mid, and high frequencies, while reverb controls (room size, damping, and width) shape the spatial character of each sound. You can save your work and reload scales to revisit compositions. Unlike mobile-only music apps, desktop play of ORG 2020 on computer gives you room to work with detailed mixing while exploring features like 3D guitar gameplay alongside traditional maqam instruments.
Tuning Oriental Music Precisely
ORG 2020 includes a comma feature for quarter-note intervals used in Arabic and Turkish music. The Scale/Maqam menu lets you adjust tuning from 1/9 to 9/9 of a full note, which means you can play authentic intervals across all traditional maqams. A pitchbend wheel adds expressive control during live performance.
