Keeping workforce tools scattered across phone and browser tabs slows down your day. People First consolidates training, communications, operations, and human resources access into one application, letting you manage team workflows from your desktop without constant app switching. Built on World Manager®, People First gives authorized users streamlined access to the business functions they need, all on a screen large enough to work efficiently.
People First is a business application designed for employees who need quick access to core organizational tools. Running People First on your PC changes how you interact with these resources during your workday.
Core Functions Within Reach
The platform bundles several workplace essentials into one login: training modules, internal communications, operational guidance, and human resources features. Rather than juggling separate systems, you access everything from one centralized interface. This consolidation means less time hunting for the right tool and more time on actual work. People First for Windows lets you keep these functions available in a dedicated window while you handle other tasks.
Built for Authorized Teams
People First requires an existing account and authorized access through your organization. Once you're set up, the World Manager® backbone ensures your session stays connected on your desktop, letting you sign in once and stay productive. For users who spend hours at a desk, People First on PC eliminates the friction of mobile-only access: you get full keyboard navigation, a larger interface, and letting users reference other documents or communications simultaneously without your screen becoming a cramped jumble of overlays.
Workflow Integration
The real value emerges when People First sits alongside your other work applications. If you're consulting training materials while handling an operations task or referencing HR information during a team conversation, having People First open on your computer keeps everything you need in one place. Install People First on PC to turn it into part of your everyday working environment rather than something you reach for only in specific moments.
