Running PhysiApp® on your desktop or laptop keeps your prescribed exercise program visible and accessible throughout your day without constantly switching between devices. Once you log in with your access code from your physiotherapist or chiropractor, you'll have your custom exercise videos and progress tracking all in one place on your computer. If you're planning your week, reviewing form before a session, or reporting back on completed exercises, desktop access lets you manage your rehabilitation routine with a larger view and the comfort of a full keyboard for detailed feedback to your healthcare provider.
PhysiApp® on PC changes how you engage with your prescribed home exercise program. Rather than relying solely on your phone, running the app on your computer gives you a workspace where you can reference your exercises, watch high-definition instructional videos, and track your progress all from one consistent location. The app connects you directly to your physiotherapist or chiropractor, creating a secure channel for reporting which exercises you've completed and any pain or discomfort you experienced during your routine.
How Your Custom Program Works
Your healthcare practitioner designs your program within Physitrack and assigns it to you. You download PhysiApp® on your computer, log in using the access code your provider gives you, and immediately access your personalized exercise routine. Each exercise comes as a clearly narrated high-definition video, so you understand exactly how to perform the movement and what form to follow. Your provider can update your program at any time, and you'll see those changes reflected in the app.
Core Features Built for Your Recovery
PhysiApp® centers on a few key capabilities that support your rehabilitation:
- Download and store your complete exercise program with HD videos on your computer
- Track which exercises you completed and log any pain or discomfort during each session
- Review detailed progress reports that your physiotherapist can monitor remotely
- Access your program anytime without relying on internet after initial download
- Use Chromecast to display videos on a larger screen during home workouts
Managing Your Program Across Sessions
On a computer, PhysiApp® lets you stay signed into one machine, so you don't need to re-enter your access code each time. You can open the app alongside other windows, unlike eGym fitness tracking, which centers on gym performance metrics, to plan your week using a progress journal or calendar before starting your routine. When you complete exercises or need to report setbacks, you type your notes using a full keyboard, making it easier to give your provider detailed feedback. If your program changes, you can update your login to download the new routine without reinstalling the app.
Supporting Your Recovery Journey
The app's core purpose is bridging the gap between your home exercises and your healthcare provider's oversight. By reporting what you've done and how you felt, you give your physiotherapist or chiropractor the data they need to adjust your routine, advance your recovery, or address any problems. If you're working toward a weight loss plan, rehabbing an injury, or maintaining mobility as part of ongoing care, PhysiApp® ensures your provider always knows where you stand in your program and can intervene if progress stalls or pain emerges.

FAQ
Can I use PhysiApp® on my desktop or laptop?
PhysiApp® is designed for Android phones, but running it on your PC through an Android emulator gives you a larger workspace for viewing videos and tracking progress. You'll need your access code from your physiotherapist to log in and download your program.
What if I forget my access code?
Your physiotherapist or chiropractor can resend your access code. Some users report difficulty with the password recovery feature, so contacting your provider directly is usually the fastest solution.
Do I need internet to use the app after I download my videos?
Once you've downloaded your exercise videos on your PC, you can access them offline. You'll need an internet connection to log in initially and to report your progress back to your provider.
Can I update my program if my physiotherapist makes changes?
Yes. When your provider updates your program in Physitrack, you can log back into PhysiApp® on your PC to download the new exercises and videos.
How do I report my progress to my physiotherapist?
After completing exercises, you use the app to log which movements you finished and any pain you felt. Your physiotherapist can review these reports and adjust your program based on your feedback and progress.
Why doesn't the app work with my access code?
Login issues sometimes occur after program changes or app updates. Try reinstalling the app and logging in again with the same access code. If problems persist, contact your physiotherapist to confirm your code is current and active in the system.
