You're scrolling through a Spotify playlist on your desktop when a track catches your ear, and you want to see the music video right now, without bouncing between apps. Spotube pulls that video directly from your playlists, matching each song to its corresponding video so you can watch without leaving your workspace. Log in with your Spotify account, pick a track, and Spotube finds the video for you instantly.
Spotube bridges Spotify and music videos on your computer, turning your playlists into a visual experience. Running Spotube on PC means you can keep it open alongside your browser or other work, staying signed into your Spotify account on one machine and building your video collection over time.
How Spotube connects your playlists to videos
The core workflow is straightforward. Link your Spotify account when you launch Spotube, then browse your existing playlists directly in the app. Select any track and Spotube locates the music video for it. You're not searching YouTube manually: the app handles the lookup for you.
Building a collection you'll return to
Spotube functions as a modern music player that preserves your picks. As you find videos you want to revisit, add them to your favorite list within the app. That way, your curated collection stays organized and ready to watch later, all from one interface on your computer.
Why desktop use fits the experience
A full computer screen gives Spotube room to display playlists and videos side by side. You can keep the app open in a window while you work, switch between tracks at will, and maintain your session with a single Spotify login across your PC. The larger display makes browsing playlists and selecting videos faster than on mobile.
