TeamLive is a team scheduling and communication platform designed for hospitality workplaces that you can run on your PC instead of relying solely on your phone. The desktop version lets you manage your work schedule, coordinate with crew members, and handle shift trades from a full-size screen while sitting at your computer. You'll keep your schedule and team messages in one place without constant re-logging, making it easier to stay organized during your day.
Running TeamLive on a computer changes how you interact with scheduling and team coordination. Instead of switching between your phone and other apps, the app stays TeamLive open alongside email, spreadsheets, or other work windows, letting you respond to schedule updates and messages without breaking focus. The desktop layout gives you more room to see your full weekly or monthly schedule at once, and keyboard navigation makes updating your availability or submitting time-off requests faster than typing on a mobile screen.
Scheduling Across Your Week
TeamLive lets you view your work schedule by day, week, or month, with notifications for new or updated shifts. The app includes built-in conflict prevention so you won't accidentally book overlapping shifts or create understaffed periods. On your PC, the app stays your calendar visible all the time: no need to open and close the app repeatedly to check what's coming up. You can also submit time-off requests, update your availability for upcoming schedules, and trade shifts with other employees directly within the platform.
Team Messaging and Coordination
TeamLive's communication tools work like the social platforms you already use, bringing team management simplified into one dashboard. You and your crew can share company updates, status changes, and shift information without relying on group chats. The desktop version makes it simple to type longer messages and keep up with multiple conversations at once, something that feels cramped on a phone but flows naturally on a computer screen.
A Hub for Your Hospitality Team
The platform combines scheduling and messaging in one place, positioning itself as a teams collaboration hub for hospitality operations. You can see your schedule, check your pay information, and coordinate with your team from a single interface. Running TeamLive on PC means you stay logged in on one machine, reducing the friction of repeated sign-ins and letting you jump back into work coordination without friction each time you sit down.
Real-Time Updates and Notifications
The app sends alerts when schedules change or new shifts become available, keeping you informed even alongside other tasks on other tasks at your desk. You'll receive updates about company announcements and teammate messages, all accessible from your computer without having to pull out your phone. This continuous connection helps you stay in sync with your team's priorities and any sudden scheduling changes.

Do I need to log in every time I open TeamLive on PC?
TeamLive requires login when you first set it up, but once installed on your computer, you can typically stay logged in across sessions. This is one advantage of running the app on a dedicated machine rather than switching between your phone and other devices.
