Track your daily activity and gym sessions from your desktop with Technogym, which alters how you monitor workouts across multiple environments. The Movergy Index gives you an immediate read on your activity level throughout the day, whether you're running outdoors, cycling with friends, stretching at home, or lifting in the gym. By collecting MOVEs from every type of movement, you build toward your daily goals and stay accountable to a more active lifestyle. Running Technogym on a computer lets you log and review your progress on a larger display, keeping the app open alongside other windows while you plan your week or analyze past sessions.
Technogym on PC becomes a central hub for tracking workouts, classes, and outdoor activities without switching back to your phone. The app guides you through tailored daily workout suggestions or lets you browse the full library of routines organized by need and fitness level. Whether you're preparing for a session or logging what you've just completed, the desktop version keeps your training history visible and editable on a single screen.
How the Movergy Index Works
Every activity you do (running, cycling, gym work, even gentle stretching) earns MOVEs that feed into your Movergy Index. This score shows you exactly how active you've been at any moment, making it simple to see whether you're hitting your daily target. The index aims to encourage gradual improvement rather than demand dramatic change; consistent movement, day after day, is what shapes your progress.
Workout Discovery and Tracking
Technogym offers multiple ways to structure your training:
- Daily workout suggestions tailored to your fitness level and goals
- Browse and filter workouts by category, duration, and difficulty
- Outdoor tracking for running, walking, and cycling routes
- Gym equipment logging when connected to Technogym machines
- Video instruction for unfamiliar exercises
- QR code sign-in for classes at participating facilities
Desktop fitness exercise log for Ongoing Sessions
When you use Technogym on Windows or another computer, it runs your activity log open while managing the rest of your day. Sign in once and stay logged in on your desktop machine, so your workout history and class bookings remain at hand without reopening the app each time. A keyboard makes it easier to enter notes or switch between sections, and the larger display shows your full activity summary without scrolling on a small screen.
Integration and Data Export
Technogym connects to its own equipment in partner gyms and integrates with Mywellness accounts for comprehensive tracking. Some users have reported limits around exporting data to outside fitness ecosystems and constraints on logging free weights outside the app's structured database. The booking system lets you search for classes and reserve spots, though navigating between dates and locations requires several steps.
Learning Curve and Setup
First-time setup requires a full account with mandatory fields like weight and height, and the app does not currently offer a guest or metric-system toggle option. Once past account creation, the interface can feel dense, and not all features are immediately obvious. Video tutorials and QR check-in at gyms help smooth the experience once you're inside.

FAQ
Can I use Technogym without creating an account?
No. The app requires a full account with personal details such as weight and height before you can access any features. There is currently no guest mode or trial option available.
Does Technogym sync with devices like Garmin or Strava?
Technogym has limitations on exporting your activity data to other fitness platforms. If you use multiple tracking apps or devices, you may need to log workouts in more than one place to keep all your records in sync.
Will Technogym work with the equipment at my gym?
Technogym connects to its own branded machines and equipment at partner facilities. If your gym uses Technogym machines, the app can automatically log weights, reps, and technique data. For gyms with other equipment, you'll need to log workouts manually or use the freeweight sections available in the app.
Is there a steep learning curve to start?
Users report that the interface takes time to explore, and not all functions are obvious at first glance. Video guides and in-app tutorials help, but you may not discover all the app's capabilities until you've spent time navigating its sections.
Can I run Technogym on my computer instead of my phone?
Yes. Running Technogym on PC lets you keep your activity log, class bookings, and workout plan open on a larger display, making it easier to reference during or after gym sessions and to stay signed in across your workout week.
