Trailfinders - Viewtrail for PC

Managing a complex travel itinerary across multiple windows and browser tabs drains time. Trailfinders - Viewtrail on a full computer lets you anchor your entire booking in one dedicated desktop application, keeping flight details, hotel confirmations, and contact numbers visible while you handle email, spreadsheets, or other travel planning tasks. The app centralizes everything Trailfinders books for you (flights, transfers, excursions, visa advice) in a format built for real-screen space and keyboard navigation, so you're never hunting through notifications or squinting at phone-sized text when you need booking details fast.

Running Trailfinders - Viewtrail on a Windows PC changes how you access and manage travel bookings. Instead of toggling between your phone and browser, the desktop app stays open as a reference window, letting you click between your itinerary and email, documents, or other planning tools without losing your place. The app brings Trailfinders' booking services and travel center information to a form factor designed for sustained use at a desk.

Complete Booking Information at a Glance

Trailfinders - Viewtrail centralizes all the details you need before and during travel. The app displays flight data including terminals, meal preferences, and seat requests; baggage allowances for each flight; visa guidance and immunization recommendations; ticket numbers and airline references for check-in; and your complete booking conditions. You can also review payment history and settle any outstanding balance directly in the app. This information remains accessible even without an internet connection, thanks to offline storage: a critical feature when you're at an airport or in a location with spotty connectivity.

Navigation and Time Zone Tools Built In

• One-click directions to hotels via walking, bicycle, car, or public transit
• Travel center opening hours countdown displayed in your local time zone
• Ticket booking for Heathrow, Gatwick, and Stansted Express services
• Airport lounge access with discounts up to 60% and UK airport hotel and parking offers
• Advance passenger information registration to streamline check-in
• Online check-in and vehicle hire pre-registration from the app

Staying Connected While Traveling

The app keeps you linked to Trailfinders' support around the clock. You can forward your complete itinerary to friends, family, or colleagues with a single tap. Update your contact details without logging into a website. Message Trailfinders through the in-app Etrail facility, or connect immediately with the 24-hour Duty Officer if you need urgent help while abroad. Having these communication channels built into Trailfinders - Viewtrail for Windows PC means you're never far from assistance, and your booking reference and flight details are always one click away when you're composing a message.

Travel Insurance and Additional Services

Beyond itinerary management, the app lets you book travel insurance directly, which is especially useful if your medical situation changes or you want coverage for a specific trip. The app functions as an automatic travel tracker for your entire journey (tracking flights, transfers, hotels, and excursions) so every element of your Trailfinders booking lives in one place. You can also access your full booking history to review past trips and confirm details before rebooking with the same service.
