| What's New | VeryFit is an app that connects and works with the bracelet. The main functions include step count, sleep monitoring, heart rate, calories, distance, phone reminder, alarm reminder, etc., which can help you better understand your health status. |

Do you want your fitness bracelet data visible on a larger screen while you work at your desk? VeryFit connects your wearable device on your PC, displaying step count, sleep monitoring, heart rate, calories burned, and distance traveled: all the metrics that help you track your daily health without toggling back to your phone.
Running VeryFit on your PC lets you keep tabs on your fitness data alongside your other work. The app syncs with compatible wearable devices and presents your health metrics in one place, functioning as a convenient fitness data hub that makes it easy to review trends over time without constantly reaching for your phone.
Core Health Metrics at a Glance
VeryFit records the essential measurements for understanding your fitness patterns. Step count, distance, and calories show your daily activity level. Sleep monitoring tracks your rest quality. Heart rate data and phone reminders help you stay aware of your wellness throughout the day. When you install VeryFit on your PC, all these data points remain accessible in one window while you handle other tasks.
Connecting Your Wearable to Your Computer
Setup requires your fitness bracelet to pair via Bluetooth with your machine. One user noted that the process works best when you enable Bluetooth on your computer first, then use the VeryFit app itself to initiate the connection: rather than relying on your system's Bluetooth settings alone. Once linked, your wearable functions as a wearable data recorder, sending activity and health information to your PC. Alarm reminders can also sync on your PC, keeping notifications centralized.
Why Desktop Access Matters for Daily Tracking
A larger screen makes it simpler to spot patterns in your health data that might be harder to see on a phone, a principle the 3PLUS fitness band companion applies by syncing steps, sleep, and heart rate directly to the desktop display. If you're checking your progress during a work break or reviewing a week's worth of activity, VeryFit for Windows PC provides the space to examine trends without squinting. Keeping the app open on your desktop alongside your calendar or email means your fitness information stays in sight as part of your routine.
