There can’t be any more new ideas in animal alphabet apps, can there? Yes there can: claymation!
That’s the schtick of Talking ABC, a new app that stars some cheeky plasticine animals – one for every letter of the alphabet – who want to teach your children letters and letter-sounds.
There are four mini-games to play, simple controls, and the chance to write your own name (or, indeed, any word you like) using the letters, which transform from letters into animals.
The developer says more games will be added in forthcoming updates to keep the app fresh. We think it looks fab.
Talking ABC costs £1.99 on the App Store, and runs on iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. Here’s a video demo:
