Luma Creative’s Magic Belles are new to us, although given that the musical characters are more aimed at girls than boys (we have two of the latter) that’s not a big surprise. We’re very impressed by their first app, though.
Magic Belles: Magic Music is one of a crop of new music apps for kids that are encouraging tuneful creativity at the moment. It stars six colourful fairies, each with their own jingle, offering seven musical mini-games to play.
Expect melodic numbers, magical-flower watering and musical rainbows, judging by the App Store description. The app is aimed at 3-6 year-olds, with lots of additional characters – mice, rabbits, frogs etc – to hold their attention.
Magic Belles: Magic Music costs £1.49 on the App Store, and is a universal app for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. We’re hoping to bring you a review soon, but in the meantime, here’s a video demo:
