We love penguins. Pingu, Happy Feet, that episode of Andy’s Wild Adventures when he meets Chinstrap penguins… All good. Which is why we’re quite excited about Rounds: Parker Penguin.
It’s an app being made by British company Nosy Crow – we quite like crows too, by the way – as a follow-up to their excellent Rounds: Franklin Frog.
Like that, the Parker Penguin app is an educational book-app for children with an interest in wildlife. “you can learn all about penguins and life in the Antarctic, and help Parker by sliding, swimming, hunting, marching, dancing – all the things that penguins do best,” explains Nosy Crow’s blog post.
Rounds: Parker Penguin is due to be released in mid-December, but the publisher has released a video offering an early look. It’s below, but rest assured we’ll keep you posted on when it actually comes out.
