When we first wrote about Creativium – Paper Theater early in 2013, it was only available for the iPad. Now it’s been re-released as a universal app, meaning it works on iPhone and iPod touch as well.

The app remains just as interesting: an “interactive toy theater for storytelling” where children choose characters, place them within animated scenes then tell their own stories.

The app includes 35 characters, 10 animals and 40 animations, with a fantasy-castle setting, and the promise of no in-app purchases or adverts.
