If you’re a returning visitor to Apps Playground, you may notice something different this morning…

We’ve had a redesign! We hope you like it: the site is now more colourful, and hopefully easier to navigate around finding apps for your children.

We’ve also got new filters in the menu bar at the top to help with that, enabling you to drill down by device (iPhone, iPad or Android), as well as by age group and app category. The new design also extends to smartphones and tablets.

Now the new lick of paint has dried, we’re going to be putting even more effort into writing news, reviews and features about the world of children’s apps, as well as doing more with videos.

Anyway, have a look round, kick the tyres, and please do email us with your feedback. We’d also like to say a big thank you to Laura Kalbag, who redesigned the site for us, and was fab to work with.
