Looking for a simple way to teach your children about the order of numbers and letters? Developer Konig Studios may be able to help with its two new Chalk School iPad apps.
Chalk School: Alphabet Order gets them to place upper and lower-case letters in alphabetical order, dragging them into the right place using the touchscreen, while hearing the pronunciation of each one.
Chalk School: Number Order - Skip Counting does a similar thing for placing numbers in the right order, and again, reads out their names. It supports counting in ones, twos, fives and 10s too, up to 200 in the latter case.
Both apps have adopted a blackboard-style design, with chalked boxes for the letters and numbers. Chalk School: Alphabet Order costs £1.49 for iPad, and Chalk School: Number Order - Skip Counting also costs £1.49 for iPad.
