If your children are fans of Nick Jr. TV show Tickety Toc, expect plenty of excitement when they see its first app: Tickety Toc Bubble Time.

Released by developer Cupcake Digital, it’s a storybook with animations, spelling and time-telling exercises, a memory mini-game and digital colouring. Oh, and a Train Time section where kids can built a train track for the Pufferty character.

As with previous Cupcake apps, there are also extra educational materials on the company’s website for parents to download and use when the smart device is switched off.

Tickety Toc Bubble Time costs £1.99 for iPhone and iPad on Apple’s App Store.
