Toca Builders crafts its way onto Android

We had advance notice that Toca Boca‘s Toca Builders app was coming to Android this week. Now it’s here, ready to be downloaded from the Google Play store.

As on iOS, it’s a game inspired (a bit) by Minecraft, where children build whatever they like from coloured blocks. Except in this case, the building is done by six robots, each with their own skill.

You can read our full review of the iOS version for more information on how the app works. It’s very good fun, although slightly more complex than previous Toca Boca apps – the company reckons it’s suitable for kids aged five and upwards.

Toca Builders costs £0.99 for Android on the Google Play store. And if you have one of Amazon’s Kindle Fire tablets, you can buy the app for your device for £1.93 on Amazon’s Appstore.
