Digital kids still love print magazines, even if it’s sometimes the covermounted toys that grab their attention. Angry Birds is the latest brand to capitalise.
The games’ publisher Rovio is working with publishing company Egmont UK on an official All About Angry Birds magazine, which goes on sale this month in the UK, Germany, Poland, Turkey and China.
They say it’ll be aimed at 6-9 year-old children, with a mixture of stickers, puzzles, games and crafting tasks, as well as a pull-out comic book.
The 44-page first issue has a Halloween theme, with zombie masks and a challenge to design a zombie pig. It’ll cost £3.99 in a shop near you. Well, near you if you’re in one of the five countries above. Not so near if not!
