Disney has been steadily turning its back catalogue of films into ‘Storybook Deluxe’ apps over the last few years. Frozen is the latest to get the treatment.

The app, released this week for iPhone and iPad, tells the movie’s story through its two sisters: Anna and Elsa. Besides reading the story, children can record their own voice narration, and flip their device around to switch between the different viewpoints.

There’s also interactivity: puzzles, “frosty drawing tools” to make pictures, and a (virtual) snowglobe creation section. There are also video scenes from the film itself.
