We’ve seen a number of fun apps and games based on TV show Ben 10 in the last year, and Cartoon Network is launching one more before the end of 2013.
It’s called Ben 10 Cavern Run, and came out this week for iPhone and iPad. It’s an inventive idea too: “A unique and fun platform game where you draw your way to victory”.
That means children have to guide Ben through a series of levels not just by running and jumping, but by drawing in ramps, walls and lines to speed his progress. As ever, Ben can change into an alien or two. Well, four: Shocksquatch, Kickin Hawk, Ball Weevil and Crashhopper.
Ben 10 Cavern Run costs £1.49 for iPhone and iPad on Apple’s App Store, although it does also use in-app purchases. They’re used to get “help from Rook” to skip individual rooms that are proving too difficult, with three such skips included for free, and others buyable in packs.
As far as we can tell, the app isn’t available in the US for now: it should be available elsewhere in the world though.
