Millions of children have been humming and singing ‘Let It Go’ and other songs from Disney’s movie Frozen this year. Now the film has spawned an iPad karaoke app.
Disney Karaoke: Frozen was released this week, and it looks a musical treat for the many fans of the film.
The app gets you and/or your children – don’t pretend you won’t be having a crafty (albeit quiet) caterwaul after they’ve gone to bed – to sing along to nine songs from Frozen.
Naturally, you’re singing to the proper instrumental tracks, not cheesy covers, recording yourself and then listening to the final results.
The app features music videos from Frozen, a snowflake to highlight the words you should be singing at any point in time, and the ability to export your hollering to your iTunes library, for onward sharing.
For the curious, the nine featured songs are: Frozen Heart, Do You Want to Build a Snowman?, For the First Time in Forever, Love Is an Open Door, Let It Go, Reindeer(s) Are Better Than People, In Summer, For the First Time in Forever (Reprise) and Fixer Upper.
There’s going to be a lot of interest in this app, we’re sure. Disney Karaoke: Frozen costs £5.49 for iPad from Apple’s App Store.
